Well *that* was weird.

whatever
UPDATE: Yep, Webb won, by 53%. I'm not surprised. At least I did my [underhanded] part. And I have personal satisfaction in that fact. Now, that said, I'm not sure how I feel about Webb. Damn. Why'd he turn to the 'dark' side? But could he be another Zell Miller? I'll be watching.

And a "first", too. Actually, I can't remember voting in ANY primary, and here I felt myself being lured to my polling place to vote in Virginia's Democratic Senate primary. At 11:15, I was voter number 75. The reports are that it will be a low turnout.

I cast my vote for Harris Miller, as I see him as less of a challenge for Allen in November. Jim Webb former Reagan Navy secretary-turned-democrat, will be a formidable opponent for George Allen, I'm afraid. I expect the race for the seat to be a real nailbiter if Webb wins.

A shame no one was outside to see my George Allen sticker and NRA plate. I really wanted to see some puzzled looks. heh

(It'll be interesting to see if I start getting junk mail from the Democrapic camp.)
